Mishima Ei'ichirō is the older brother of Mishima Eiji and a cover agent of the police force under the command of Saitō Hajime.
Appearance[]
Mishima has short brown hair with some handing in front of his face. Mishima wore a purple shirt, grave pants, white socks, and sandals.
Personality[]
Ei'ichiro cared about his family and tried to get them out of the village when the government decided to abandon it.
Relationships[]
- Mishima Eiji: Ei'ichiro was Eiji's older brother, and tried to get him out of Shinsetsu Village when the government decided to abandon the village.
- Saitō Hajime: Ei'ichiro worked for Saitō as a police officer assigned to that village.

Ei'ichiro was shown to wield a sword, but his skills as a swordsman are unknown.
History[]
Born and raised in Shingetsu Village - a small town which has been taken over by Shishio Makoto and ruled by Shishio's henchman Senkaku, Ei'ichirō was ordered to sneak back into the populace in order to relay information regarding Shishio's actions back to the police.
Kyōto Arc[]
However, after catching wind of the Meiji Government's plans to abandon the village to Shishio's machinations, Ei'ichirō desperately attempted to smuggle his parents and younger brother out of Shingetsu to safety. Unfortunately, his escape plot was discovered and, fatally wounded by Senkaku, Ei'ichirō was only able to flee with Eiji into the forest before succumbing to his injuries. He was discovered by Himura Kenshin and Makimachi Misao and, with his dying breath, begs the two to save his little brother and his hometown.
Eiji wanted to take revenge on Ei'ichirō's death, and planned to kill Senkaku. Makimachi Misao wanted to help him sneak into the mansion that Shishio Makoto was using at Shingetsu Village, and later both of them watched Kenshin defeat Senkaku. After that Eiji almost killed Senkaku in revenge for Ei'ichirō's death, but he was stopped by Saitō.
