Masukame is a member of the Oniwabanshū. She helps run the Aoiya, assisted by Okina, and serves as Makimachi Misao's caretaker. She wields two basket shaped shuriken, similar to targe like discuses, that she uses either as a weapon or as a shield. She was voiced by Yuki Nakao in the original Japanese version.
